27 weeks

Been having heartburn since last 3 days. It comes and goes but its irritating. Anyway, found this image of baby at 27 weeks..

27 Weeks Pregnant

The day is here.. First time i look at the pregnancy due date calculator, i thought, oh well, end of second trimester is still far away. Its finally here. Tomorrow I'm entering my 27th week. Good luck to me! Emotion wise.. ok.. physically, I can't stand all the aches and pains i'm starting to feel. I find it esp difficult to shift from left to right and vice versa when I'm lying down. I'm the type who can't lie still when I'm sleeping. 10 plus weeks left... counting down..

Ibu left for Oman this afternoon. She'll be there til mid July.. which is around the time I'm due to deliver. Hubby rented the grandis so that everyone can fit into one car and we have space for her luggage and the kids' pram. we reached yishun around 11 plus.. saw pak and mak long there. Ibu still hasn't settled some matters and we left for the airport quite late. But we're still on time. Mak went to the airport to see ibu off. Luckily Izaan didn't cry.. the children were well behaved today. Yesterday, was so tired walking and chasing and carrying Izaan around Sim Lim.. the boy is too active!

anyway, i hope ibu arrive safely without much complication. she has to transit for about an hour at thailand before going to muscat airport. if there's no delay, she should reach oman at 1am singapore time. hopefully no problem with the visa. next time i see her, i'll be counting the days to delivery... *shudders* I just hope ibu reach singapore before i deliver.

Nora's wedding

Nora, my uncle, pak andak's second child, got married yesterday. Today, spent the whole day at yishun to help pak and mak andak... Of course, I didn't help much.. heh.. Lin was busy tho... snapping pictures and being one of the people manning the 'gate'. Here's some pics of the event..

Maternity wear

The long awaited package from US came yesterday. I ordered some clothes through Vpost USA and it took about a week plus or so to reach me. Ordered 2 dresses and a pair of pants. All 3 fits! Am so happy. Its so much cheaper to buy online than to step into those maternity boutiques. And so I ordered more yesterday night. ;-) I guess that's all i need for the next 4 months. I must REFRAIN from buying anymore maternity wear. From now on, its time to shop for baby... Still thinking and pondering over a suitable name for our baby boy. The name that i chose ( the only name that i chose ) we can't find it in the books. Not ready to reveal it yet..

Past couple of days, baby has been quite active... moving about happily in there. And so my nausea gets worse. I don't know what to do to make the nausea go away.
