Hubby had exam early in the morning so I stayed home, did the SGS report for Saryna and Surin and when hubby came back, got ready to buy the sink for the new kitchen and the sandals from pedal works. Got quite a big sink from the shop at yishun. And the hood too. Costs us $660. ( We're renovating the kitchen in about a month's time)
Then off to thomson plaza. Hubby has never been there before. Its nice to see that the shopping plaza has retained some of its old features, like the escalators right in the middle of the plaza that goes from the first floor all the way to the 3rd floor and the 'bridges' that cuts across the middle. Other than that, almost everything else looks new. Even the toilet. Anyway, we had lunch at KFC and then i went to buy my sandals. Bought 2 pairs, the slipper-like ( black in colour ) and a pair of dark brown wedges. Am pleased with both buys. The sales girl look familiar, I think she's the same one who served me the last time I bought sandals at tiong bahru's branch. I like pedal works for its comfort. The extra padding range, they're the best. And its only $36 per pair. Worth the money for the comfort and the simple designs. MAybe next time I buy shoes, it'll be next year as they sandals can last for quite a while.
Had kopi-si and the sinful american cheesecake at han's and off back home. I was having terrible, horrible cramps. I think its the worse cramps I've felt in years!!
BY the way, yesterday was the 2nd lesson for tango and the 2nd last lesson for latin cha cha. tango is more difficult than waltz!!! cha cha is great. will miss it when the lesson's finished. Next class is samba. I've a feeling i'll stop for a while after the end of tango and samba.
