The H1N1 commotion is slowly drifting off. The past few weeks had been very hectic.

-There was a week when many classes were given leave of absence cos more than half of the class had gotten 7 days MC. Am so thankful that my family is healthy and fine so far,

-except for the week before Ilyas's first birthday. He had fever the whole week so i had to take child sick leave for 2 days. He had 3 teeth coming out.

- ilyas couldn't go to sleep by himself for one whole week. he needs either me or hubby to stay by his cot and wait for him to drift off to sleep AND he woke up at least twice during the night and one of us have to stay by his cot until he fell asleep again. dunno what happened during that week. he's only able to sleep by himself just 3 nights ago.. when i left him to cry for 5 mins... but he's been ok since. didn't wake up at night too.

-Ibu and ayah came back week before last. And ayah left again for brunei last friday. ibu going this weekend. Ilyas barely gets to know his grandparents. but when they are around, naturally meeting them quite often.. and always on separate occasions.. sigh..

- completed my oral exam duties.. that was really a test of my patience!

On a happier note, my little baby is growing more and more adorable everyday. when i have my free periods, i kept remembering that look on his face when he looks up to me, when he looked out of the window every morning when i send him to lv. his broad smile, his babbling.. the way he squints his eyes when he's happy. he's just so cute!
